New AmiGOD2 released!

New features:

Amiga Continued special version (czech Amiga magazine)
MorphOS test: new internal module Pegasos G3/600MHz (!!!) + Voodoo4 AGP
Amithlon test: new internal module Athlon XP 1700 + TNT2
UAE test: new internal module P/166MHz + Tseng PCI
Amiga test: new internal module A1240/25MHz + Voodoo3 PCI
added info buttons to the database
small bug in database was removed (thanks to Don Cox)
please, do not run it on Amiga without FPU (not debugged yet)

It's a system identification program, similar to the classic SysInfo, that measures the speed of your machine and gives a comparison to other specifications.

My A4K actually outperforms all but the Athlon 1700 and the Pegasos.

Twice the speed of an 060/60 just doesn't seem right for a 600MHz G3
emulating 68k.

but is that the true image then? the "feel" of the first run would be closer to reality in not thaaat long repeated sequences of math operations (or anything else - JITs can be fast in long running benchmarks, but feel quite sloppy anyway..
(note this is targeted at JITs in general, not specifically the one in mos)

Trance translates 68k program code to native PPC code. Translated code is kept in memory, so when running same code again, translated code can be run directly.
thats probably why running the test twice improves the speed....

Come on guys, turn on your brain (benchmarks contain loops that are executed often, JIT only slows down the first pass).

Do all current copies of MorphOS have the debug code enabled?
If so, no speed tests will be accurate. (Assuming the debug code will
eventually be removed.)

I ran the tests again with the new version. Amithlon results are
within about 2% of last time.
The maths tests are slow on MorphOS (no doubt because of the debug),
but the graphics and Intuition tests come out slightly faster than on
my Amithlon.
My guess is that the graphics card is the main factor here - the
Amithlon is using a TNT2 while the Pegasos has a Voodoo4.
Likewise my A4000, with a Picasso II card, is slower than Jerry's
