IOSPIRIT will attend the CES 2003 as guest of Genesi in Las Vegas (Booth #29101 in the Home Networking, IT & Wireless Pavillion). Among others, fxPAINT 2.0, fxSCAN 4.0 and VHI Studio 6.0 will be shown. Felix Schwarz will be available for questions.

At this point we also would like to thank Genesi for this great opportunity and their continued commitment. Due to our participation at CES 2003, dispatching of postal orders is only possible after the 15th of January again. Orders for downloadversion via creditcard are not affected by this, though. Also, our availability via phone and email is very limited until 15th of January - thanks for your patience.

?!?

IOSPIRIT is a commercial company, one of the few still left on the Amiga market, who tries to make a living out of the platform. Currently, the only available and the most up to date hardware and software Amiga Platform Solution (TM) is Pegasos+MorphOS. OF COURSE they will support that solution! Genesi offers them support in return, and invites them to show their products on CES - *THE* trade show of the year, and you call them traitors? What kind of a sick person are you?

I was really glad to hear this. I still am. Reminds me of the old Amiga days when creative software was getting seen! : }

Please read the message. There's nothing of what you suggest, like

* Genesi has bought IoSpirit
* IoSpirit gives up on AMIGA and only supports Mos in future
* Mos good, aos bad
* Aos good, mos bad

What actually stands there:

* IoSpirit guest at Genesi booth
* IoSpirit thanks Genesi for that opportunity

So what the fuck are your problems here? Stop writing bullshit, learn reading, get a life!

More like Dammy, Greenboy, and Takemehomegrandma... The MorphOs trinity. :)
I'm not criticizing the news, but your optimism (and the idea that there is a "comminity" beyind it) is a little laughable.

Traitors? Who? In what way?
IOspirit have stated that they'll support both AmigaOS 4 and MorphOS, haven't they?
Haven't they?

If it isn't, then nothing else is. Similar approach to classic OS handling and similar hardware (sans known bugs and flaws in design), Pegasos + MorphOS is ALL WE HAVE LEFT.

Go away to your Milan Atari's there, you Grumpy Old Troll. Dora will be coming along soon with flying horses and fireworks for you.

LoL... good one. Pegasos similar to classic hardware? LoL. There's nothing similar about it. Zip. Zilch. Nowt. Nada. Squat diddley.

Woohoo... let's all switch to the emulation layer without an underlying OS ;-)
