After many months and a lot of effort for a new domain name, we recieved good news today: You can now reach our website under http://ami.ga.

The toplevel-domain server of the republic of Gabon was not always online in the past week, so the new name might not be available all over the world immediately. This problem should be solved in a couple of hours, after the caches of local nameservers have been updated.

My ex-partner did not rip me off with a domain name. He simply could not remember the price we agreed about for software, so I went to a third person to buy *his* domain. Not a good idea, looking back on it today, 'cause it gave a lot of bad press for both of us. Everything is back to normal with those domains, I was just looking for something that can be easier remembered than jschoenfeld.de or siliconsonic.com

and no, it's not a re-director to my site, it's the full domain. I can have any amount of eMail addresses and sub-domains. The Gabon NIC has filed me as the owner of the domain.
