According to a comment on MorphOS-News.de, Felix Schwarz, of IOSpirit, has agreed to serve as chairman of the MorphOS Application Development Team within Phoenix.

I've gotten 50-100 emails daily on a lot of different initiatives ... but as I recall, I subscribed you to [PhOffer] which is where all the people who were eligible for the Phoenix $299 offer were placed (as well as 10 or so who are "flying on stand-by"), and attached a couple of orientation messages.
I don't recall if you were one of the few with an unreliable email accounts or not - but I do remember asking you a couple times in private email to direct any questions to that list [PhOffer] so that the persons best qualified to answer them could help you. If you have done that (my search shows you only privately emailed me) and still need clarification, I suggest that you again ask on that list, which is for that very purpose : }
