The previous release of TTEngine has a bug preventing it to initialize and work on AmigaOS 3.0 and 3.1 based systems. Download fixed 6.4 version here.
TTEngine 6.3 tried to open V38 of mathieeesingtrans.library and therefore failed on OS older than 3.5 (pre-3.5 version of this library was 37 not 38). Failed initialization revealed next two bugs related to resource freeing and causing a few Enforcer hits and a Guru as well. Current 6.4 TTEngine release has all three bugs fixed. Thanks to Halvadjian Georges for bugreport and help with debugging.
