The July Edition of the [..] online newsletter for Club Amiga members has been released and is available to club members at http://os.amiga.com/cam. All in all it makes very interesting reading.

Highlights include the latest update on OS4 from Hyperion's Ben Hermans, Fleecy's regular editorial (which is amusing as ever), and the experiences of an AmigaOne XE owner and an AmigaDE developer.

To quote from that page, Ray - "When you join "Club Amiga" for USD 50.00, (EUR 50.00, or GBP 32.50) you will receive a shirt signifying your membership"

Now, given that is a complete and utter lie, can you as webmaster explain why you are still deliberately lying on your employers' behalf, please?

It would be A500 computers sold with a specific christmas special offer but I would still not as a customer expect some other A500 dealer to give me any rebates on this offer from you. You see, the offer from Amiga Inc. is Amiga Inc.'s offer and that offer does not apply to other offers with entirely different conditions from another dealer. The Earlybird offer from Eyetech has nothing to do with Amiga Inc.'s offer to their Club Amiga members. Not only because it's an entirely different offer, but primarily because it's a prerelease of the hardware, before Amiga Inc. has sorted out this rebate issue with their distributors and before the completion of AmigaOS4. If anyone isn't honouring the Club Amiga offers, then it's Eyetech for prematurely releasing the product without both the rebates as well as the OS. But then, I do believe it has been made quite clear that the prerelease from Eyetech is just that, an incomplete prerelease.

Now, please stop repeating your so called fact like it would somehow change anything of the above.

Exactly where did Amiga Inc's offer state the AmigaOne *or* OS4 had to be purchased from them to qualify for the $50 rebate?

Whoever is using the handle AmiZilla has nothing to do with the project of the same name.

It didn't state that you should jump off from a cliff either, so why haven't you?

For christ sake, please learn how to make a valid argument.

You have no grasp on American law or it's customs, do you? Once an agreement has been reached (they stated the requirements of $50 for the coupon and a purchase of AmigaOne or OS4 to cash in the $50 coupon), you can't go back an change it unless both parties agree to it. No matter how much you personally wished it's not so, that is the way things work in the US.

"Lying" is big thing with you trolls isn't it?

No one here is lying. I post what I am told to post and remove what I am told to remove. I don't create the terms of the club, I implement the services. Sorry to throw a monkey wrench into your attempted jab. Better luck next time.

I would also ask you for your invoice number to verify your membership since you're so concerned, but then we all know you're just a troll so, I won't waste my time.

That's why anyone who does not approve of these change in terms is ofcourse free to write Amiga Inc. and withdraw the Amiga Club membership. Again, what is the problem, dummy?

Amiga Inc is not giving ANYONE there $50 back. As Bill McEwen keeps saying in court, they have no money. If they have no money, they surely aren't giving $50 refunds. Or are you saying that Bill McEwen is lying in his legal documents and in court??

But for christ sake, is those court documents the new bible of the anti-Amiga Inc. camp? Well, care to explain why Rich Woods doesn't want certain people to see those documents? Care to explain why he constantly refuses to make them public and have their authenticity verified?

You know, he won't even respond when I ask why he removed my access to his FTP.

I don't know what his agenda is, but there certainly is an agenda behind all this, that's for sure.

Pay attention sam, even Ray doesnt believe your theory about the documents being faked. Amiga Inc owes lots of money to people Sam, they dont have offices, they dont have money, McEwen has to go to court again on the 25th, McEwen isnt going to Amiwest. Take off your fleecy colored glasses and realize there are huge problems there and I dont see a scenario where they get our of their 1/4 million dollars (and growing) debt.
