Rich Woods seems to have attended the Amiga Inc auction. He says "I have 4 pallets and 51 boxes of Amiga stuff", among other things the Amiga Inc State of CA Official Business License attached to the company bulletin board. Wouldn't that be a nice souvenir from the Amiga Inc saga? :-)

"For sale - I don't know. If I could get a REAL nice price for it". But there seems to be a lot of other souvenirs too, like:

A lot of PC computers and peripherals with Amiga Inc security stickers on

Boing ball posters

A box of 70 or so SDK software

"I obtained a room full of material from the landlord (Tom - of the Inception Group) of items that weren't up for sale at the James Murphy aucton."

Would that be more immoral or less immoral than, say -

(1) Refusing to pay the rent you owe your landlord;
(2) Refusing to pay your employees;
(3) Refusing to comply with court orders to pay people money which you owe them;

If that is the original SDK, it won't work with the current version of Tao's software, so those are of nostalgic value only.

No doubt Rich will have paid a small price for all that stuff, which the landlord would be glad to see cleared out.

Don't be silly. It's a piece of paper. To Amiga Inc it is a license document they can use to prove they have a business license. To anyone else it's just a souvenir, and piece of paper with no legal significance at all.

I'm quite sure Amiga Inc will have had another copy of this document issued to them in all the time they haven't had access to this one. After all, if they hadn't they wouldn't have been able to do all that business they've been involved in recently...

The only immoral part of this whole story is not paying your bills, and the finger points squarely in one direction only where that's concerned.

Instead of "4 pallets and 51 boxes of AMIGA STUFF", please read
"AMIGA'S STUFF" :

chairs, desks, office door plates, employees contracts, pens, sheets
of paper, drawers, cupboards and so on...

Well, it appears that this Woods guy is unwilling to make such fine distinctions. Right now, you can find Rich on ebay, trying to sell a lousy mouse for 59,95 US$. His slogans are "used in Amiga's office" and "This is SURE to go FAST!". He might just be a comedian (look at amiga.org, where he's publicly pondering to print "certificates of authenticity"). Or maybe he's a nutcase (on ebay, he is "we" ?). However, personally, I believe he's the typical ebay lowlife, trying to make insane profits from dirt.

Small price - well it WAS an auction - to me .10 cents on a dollar is a fair price - on an auction type sale

"I'm a businessman Tom, I don't like violence" - opps - Godfather movie quote.....

Oh, BTW - send me private e-mail to rww@realpix.com - if you want some Boinged Ball Posters let me know - also copies of some other interesting legal documents if you are so inclined.

Well, in fact, it's a typing error.
Instead of "4 pallets and 51 boxes of AMIGA STUFF", please read
"AMIGA'S STUFF" :
------------------------
It all depends on how what the meaning is "is" is!

Since it came from Amiga's offices - it IS Amiga Stuff.....

But using the possesive "Amiga's" it might be more "politically" correct. However the mentality of some here might not be able to discern the difference - (or really care).

but your point is well made - and I would agree Amiga's (possesive) would be more grammetically correct.

-----------------------
chairs, desks, office door plates, employees contracts, pens, sheets
of paper, drawers, cupboards and so on...

...unless it's T-Shirts, pre-printed coupons or AmiCola cans.
----------------------
Funny you should mention the AmiCola can(s) - don't ever think I heard of it before recently.

There was ONE AmiCola can in a batch I bid on - however it appears someone absconded with it (STOLE IT!) - if it comes up for sale it is a stolen article.

Tom the landlord asked for it (in negiotating a roomful of other Amiga's stuff) - he wanted it and I promised if I found it I would give it to him.

So that's the story on the AmiCola can. Was quite nicely done BTW. Too bad I didn't take a picture of it - I thought winning the group of items would have
given me the item.

BTW - I could say it takes one to know one - but I'm not the lowlife here.....

Insane profits from dirt - well son, that's business and that's how the world goes round. At least it's better than now paying employees, and screwiwng all those around you.

And BTW - the prices on my items are more than fair - hats etc being offered at the same price Amiga offers theirs in the on-line store, SDK at almost 1/2 the price of Amiga's pricing.

This place wanted $18.95 (if I recall correctly) for a large 1 or 2 topping pizza. NO WONDER Amiga went broke!

It is either Matt's or Bolton's. Don't have the info in front of me.

Probably Matt's as Bolton has a judgement (against Amiga and billyboy).

I just need to chime in here: I have told Rwoods, in no uncertain
terms, to stay away from me, my family, my lawsuit and any
documentation and NOT to publicly post any of it. This was done in
person and before that, via email. I have NOTHING to do, in any way
shape or form, with this person. I do not know why he's getting
involved with Amiga stuff, except maybe that he thinks it will somehow
make himself look better, or make Merlancia look worse?

I had originally made a nice long post about this, but I decided
instead to cut it short: This has been done to death, there's nothing
Rwoods can say that hasn't already been said. He has no relevance
here. Please stop listening to this glorified troll and his drivel.
it won't do you any good, it sure isn't helping me any. Or Amiga, or
anyone else either for that matter.

I am truly sorry for Gary and anyone else Rwoods is stalking right
now. I know we're not what you'd call 'tight' or anything, but no one
deserves this stuff. Not even Peake ;-)

What Rwoods is doing, is just downright chicken-shit. Just stop it,
Rich. Get over it.

Sure a guy deserves to be paid but the bleeding heart exaggeration stories you posted on ANN and the hypocritical moral outrage reponses to Gary Peak who replied to you in the same vein on here kind of exposed your stage management skills for what they were.

That's BS Dave, the only one that help set people to digging into finances is Amiga Inc's executives. Had they been honest, reasonable, and with honor, none one would be digging in to their sorted past. However, this is not the case and people have been hot on their trail as they spin, fud, dodge, and parry. Peck is their victum, and you blaming him makes as much sense as blaming a rape victum for coming out and press charges. Face it Dave, Peck is only first body the people digging into Amiga Inc have found, and there appears not to be the last.

Peck may not like the people sniffing around his case, but that's his problem since all the information is public record. However, your attempting to paint Peck as one of the reasons people are digging looking for more bodies is pretty pathetic in my book.

I think you misread, although looking back I can see why.

"Peck may not like the people sniffing around his case, but that's his problem since all the information is public record."

Which is my point.

" However, your attempting to paint Peck as one of the reasons people are digging looking for more bodies is pretty pathetic in my book. "

Which is not my point. He seems to be a fair weather friend, so long as Rich is doing stuff that bolsters his case in public and makes him look good then all well and good and even encouragement. As soon as Rich moves on and does exactly what he likes he starts accusing him of all sorts of BS in public. Anyone with an ounce of brain would be capable of forseeing that Rich would do unto Amiga Inc as he did unto Merlancia ( that is subject them to under the microscope monitoring ).

Bolton is scared of what he has helped set in motion, and in my view is totally out of order to make a personal attack on Rich Woods here.

My entire point was Peck did not help set anyone in motion. People were already digging into Amiga Inc's lies and falsehoods prior to Peck's story broke.

I just need to chime in here: I have told Rwoods, in no uncertain
terms, to stay away from me, my family, my lawsuit and any
-------------------
Let's get the record straight Bolton - I met you at the Amiga auction.- beside you defending and telling me how great Ryan/Harv of Merlancia fame is little else was said except you wanted to get 2 Microsoft Manuals that were alledgedly yours.

You stood behind me when I made my payment for the auction items and then you pretty much left quickly.

No I am not a fool Bolton, and whether you like me or not, I still respect money and called you 2 times from my hotel to offer you the MS manuals.

I'll still offer them to you for $25 and shipping costs. Money is money - I have a lot of expenses to pay for.

As far as glorifying yourself that I have some reason to involve you and/or your family you have severe delusions of grandeur. I wish you and your family the best.

As far as telling me NOT to publish your PUBLICLY AVAILABLE lawsuits, and NOT to call your lawyer - well son - chatter on.

----------------------------
documentation and NOT to publicly post any of it. This was done in
person and before that, via email. I have NOTHING to do, in any way
shape or form, with this person. I do not know why he's getting
involved with Amiga stuff, except maybe that he thinks it will somehow
make himself look better, or make Merlancia look worse?

And for the guy instituting lawsuits against Amiga who are you to tell me?

As soon as I get the scans - it is up and available. Not much you can do about it - except maybe call Ryan for "legal adice" - that Phd should know something to help you out!

--------------------
I had originally made a nice long post about this, but I decided
instead to cut it short: This has been done to death, there's nothing
Rwoods can say that hasn't already been said. He has no relevance
here. Please stop listening to this glorified troll and his drivel.
it won't do you any good, it sure isn't helping me any. Or Amiga, or
anyone else either for that matter.
-------------------
Bolton - the truth is out there and the documents will be posted. PERIOD - people should know what is happening and that is what happens when you institute a lawsuit.

YOU get over it.
------------------
I am truly sorry for Gary and anyone else Rwoods is stalking right
now. I know we're not what you'd call 'tight' or anything, but no one
deserves this stuff. Not even Peake ;-)

Yeah - let's tell the truth here Bolton - didn't YOU tell me that "peake was pulling hundreds of thousands a year out of Amiga?" - Not that I could expect you to tell the truth on this (hey anyone still believing Ryan Czerwinski is in his late 30's to 40's - well has problems with checking credibility - even when offical state documentation proves otherwise) - but it would be interesting to see you in a deposition refuting the peaked claim of the monies he's pulled out - and for a guy that has the severest of financial problems in 1999 he has a nice house and 2 cars in the driveway -
--------------------
What Rwoods is doing, is just downright chicken-shit. Just stop it,
Rich. Get over it.

Actually Bolton you talk the talk but can't walk the walk - you are the one who filed suit against Amiga - so maybe YOU should get over it. Beside YOU told me you knew where McEwen lives etc. (Although I had 4 seperate verifying sources giving me his actual home address. I KNOW how to do MY work.)

And my feelings on this is I give you credit for filing the lawsuit and trying to get what is rightfully and legally yours. and to protect and take care of your family.

Bolton - basically you are the chicken-shit - I have no problems with you, your family or your lawsuit.

I respect you for taking care of your family, suing Amiga to get what is yours, and doing what is right legally.

Don't read anything more into this - I certainly don't have the time to waste on your perceived assassinations of yourself and/or your family.

Good luck Bolton - have a nice life.
