The A/NES CGFX website moves to a new location, without annoying popups or banners. The new website is located at http://anescgfx.nylen.biz/ , feel free to pay it a visit. A/NES CGFX is the only(?) NES emulator that is still being developed and optimized for AmigaOS (CyberGraphX/P96).

Every time i see news about A/NES i get so nostalgic remebering when the first version came out. I didn't belive it i could play NES games on my 030/50 Mhz =)

And when CoolNes came out we had 2 NES emulators. I was at both websites at least 2 times a day checking for new versions.

Ahh those where the times. But after i bought my PPC card i ran a PPC NES emu instead. Sad but true.

Well i'll stop there i think =) Good luck on A/NES and i hope to see a OS4 version ? in the future =)

Ah, I recall playing Mega Man at full speed on my 060 A1200...

And it sure WAS faster than mere "realtime" (Was quite funny indeed)

And PC users just wouldn't believe that...

In reply to Comment 2 (Niclas A):
I actually was attending the AOS4 on tour here in Gothenburg and was quite impressed. I must say I am very tempted on getting it. I'd love to add support for OS4 in A/NES CGFX (for example, the new AmigaInput.library looks really promising for adding joypad support of various sorts).. All code for A/NES CGFX is in 100% 680x0 assembler, however I hope the 68k JIT emulator in OS4 can do miracles with it anyway. :-)
