Pegasos was shown on the Debian stand at the recent LinuxTag show in Germany. I did a report on the show on OSNews which you can see here if you want to see what the rest of the alternative computing crowd are up to.

"Also on the Debian stand was a version of Debian running on the Hurd Kernel and our Pegasos."It should be noted that the x86 version fo the Hurd is further along.But it is interesting, none the less.

I don't think that's what they meant. Debian doesn't have a hurd-ppc port yet, afaik.
Whenever someone says "hurd", think "hurd-i386" until told otherwise, ok? :-)
