Well, my first guess was that this is either a dictionary program, or a style-checker program. Turns out to be an Amiga-tised front-end for a web-based dictionary.

When people post software-announcements to ann.lu, it really would be helpful if they'd also say WHAT the program is FOR in that announcement. :-P

Actually, what I was *trying* to say is that... it was the *duty* of the guy who *originally* posted this item here HIMSELF to quote the "readme.txt" file IN the original post!
