If you've got a Catweazle and want to connect an Amiga keyboard to it, e.g. to use it with your Pegasos, you can download a driver here. This is the first public release and the work is based on a framework by Krille. Need some feedback on it, so please report, if it works.

In reply to Comment 1 (T_Bone):
You should probably wait for the Pegasos II which is due next month.
DDR support, no more Articia, Gigabit ethernet, G4 card, I can't wait :o)

Of course if you can't wait that long you can get a Pegasos 1 right now and trade it in when the Peg2 comes out for no extra cost.

Works rather nicely except for the occasional stuck key that I didn't even press. :-)

My Peg just stopped booting and I had to remove the driver from my user-startup. :-)

Amon_Re, please stop trolling. You know fully well that it will have AGP, so let's not go there again, OK?

In reply to Comment 11 (takemehomegrandma):
No offence TMHG, but if lando is allowed to say "no more Articia" as if the Articia is a bad thing, well then i'm allowed to make that remark.

After all, the Marvell doesn't *DO* AGP, they need to glue that in using other solutions, and it's to soon to say how that will work/perform.

Hey, at least i used a smiley.

Cheers

Let me tell you something... Even if the agp bridge is the worst piece of crap
ever made, which I highly doubt based on Gerald's track record, it will still be
faster than the ArticiaS's PCI>AGP bridge... Doubt it? come back and check when
the Peg2 will be out.

In reply to Comment 13 (Alkis Tsapanidis):
You misread what i meant there, my point was just that we'll have to wait & see how it runs untill it's actually in the shops.

I wasn't saying they wouldn't be able to do it.

Computers are strange machines sometimes, one card can work greatly in one machine, and be a POS in another, both use the same standards...

One small variation can wreck havoc in them ;)

Cheers
