Fans of John Romero's Daikatana are now pleading software house Eidos to release the game source code. As "Daikatana" is based on the highly popular Quake 2 engine by id Software, there's a good chance AmigaOS ports are feasible. The petition is hosted by Planet ROME.RO.

Nope, the artist of the comic strip is just one of the friends of John Romero (I think) and there he jokes about that Ionstorm firm.

Actually the game have 4 episodes and second and third was VERY GOOD even in the date of release. But the truth is thet the first one was pain in the ass and many playere never reatched next episode...
