I just completed a minor cleanup session on ANN's comments and generic scripts. You shouldn't notice any visible changes, but script execution should be slightly faster now; and optimizing/shrinking code means it will be easier to maintain/expand in the future.

Could it be possible to do so, that when someone post a comment with an url for example (without html tags), it will be seen as clickable html link instead of just normal text?

It might be difficult/impossible to correctly parse any more exotic URLs. Besides, I might use one of these Javascript thingies above the comments box, so all you'd need to do would be click a buttom, CTRL-V, and press Enter (for people no longer living in the browser dark ages).

Middle mouse buttons are great ;). Highlight text, click, page loads.

Of course, I often end up getting an error that the page "Using Abusive language and swear words, or insulting other" (just an example, you get my drift :-) ) can not be found. I am not ENTIRELY certain I like that feature :-)
