LANClip 0.3 has been released. LANClip is a small utility that lets you share one global clipboard between your networked computers.

Also, there is now a Windows client.

Download them from my website. New features since 0.2:

* Swap between local and shared clipboard with a hotkey
* New icons from Martin "Mason" Merz
* Updated prefs editor

Great program and it works flawlessy!
Thank you very much, this will make easier a lot of things to me
and I suppose to other people. Thanks especially for the Windows client.

An appicon for WB to be able to start/stop it would be nice, as
well an 'suspend' option, but it's already great as it is :)

It's a commodity, so you can use Exchange to do that.

But perhaps you already knew that...

Hi,

Thanks for the kind words :)

As I said in my reply to your EMail, "local" mode is pretty much like "suspend", just press Control+F1 while lanclip is running (if you didn't change the hotkey). If you copied the supplied "OSD" program to C:, you'll get a small popup for a second or so telling you which mode you just switched to.

Its all mentioned in the guide.

LanClip doesn't work on one of my XP's (even after a reboot), but the other XP pc runs it ok. Hard to tell whats causing this, the Windows crasherror-message ain't helping much.

Sometimes I've seen program crash due to firewalls blocking them:
do you have any firewall enabled on the first PC?

In reply to Comment 10 (Gabriele Favrin):
Yes, I run ZoneAlarm.. but I opened the port for LanClip when I tried it.. also it didnt work even if I closed ZA. The first PC is in server use and is really not up to date.. so there might be reason why LanClip doesn't work on it.
