Here you can find some pictures from a MorphOS demo which took place last weekend in Gliwice, Poland. Pictures show 1 Pegasos and 2 Amiga1200 + BlizzardPPC/BVision running MorphOS1.4.

Almost nothing is visible. Good that I sit in front of a Pegasos with 1.4 MOS, otherwise I'd run up'n'down how it could look like :)

Are there any differences between the Blizzard and the Pegasos versions?

No visial differences - that's why the photos show people using A1k2 machines and not the monitors :)

One thing I find strange about new the gadgets and buttons on morphOS, how some program really look so bad and some really becomes so integrated, it relay makes me wonder

it doesnt say WHAT hw it was on, for all i know this can be mos on a pegasos.

maybe someone should point out...WHAT the hw was? and by that i mean
FULL specs, and umm why does some of the people have a CDRW in their hand..

nice rack of monitors on the wall though... cool matrix wannabe :D

IMO there's a lot of people who will buy a shrinkwrapped MorphOS for classic Amiga w. PPC accelerator card. So if it is not going to be horribly difficult to support, Genesi should release this ASAP.

Hyperion's plans for this market segment will be in trouble if Genesi releases a solid MorphOS version for classic Amiga with PPC.

Sure I was there, one of those machines is mine :)

We showed MorphOS1.4 running on PowerUP with the following apps/games: ImageFX, Kaya, Alybox (Warp3D game), Napalm demo, MPlayer and few others. People were really impressed with the speed of ImageFX running with JIT emul and Napalm which was very very fast @640x480 (try to play it with 040 on that resolution;)

http://www.morphos.org/support.php3 There is list of supported gfx cards. But on MorphOS 0.8 gfx cards without PPC native drivers are probably bit slow. JIT-enabled MorphOS 1.4 for PUP cards could be Hyperion killer ;)
