Motion for Summary Judgement Against Amiga to be Heard on Nov 21, 2003 in Washington Federal District Court. Motion for Summary Judgement Against Amiga to be Heard on Nov 21, 2003 in Washington Federal District Court.

It also looks like Amiga is again without counsel.

"This matter comes before the Court on "Plantiffs' Motion for Judgement and dismissal of Counter Claims for Lack of Representation." Although corporations must be represented by counsel, defendant's failure to retain new counsel has not yet been given rise to a sanctionable failure to prosecute. Plantiff's motion for judgement and dismissal of the counterclaims is DENIED. Defendant must, however, obtain counsel to defend this litigation if it hopes to avoid an adverse ruling on plaantiff's pending motion for summary judgement.

DATED this 7th day of November,2003.

/s/ robert S. Lasnik

>>You are doing a good job of BLOWING this thread and taking it off the path for which the conversation was intended.

WTF?? You took it OFF TOPIC by posting crap like this FOR NO GOOD REASON:

"you better hurry up and call the court clerk and get an affadavit to the judge - you've got until this Friday AM. "

"Phew - thank goodness we have legal talent like yourself that can straighten out this whole mess."

Don't blame me that you can't FORM A REASONABLE RESPONSE to a post. Don't post RUDE JACKASS RESPONSES to someone that wasn't talking to you anyway.

You can blame me for all your problems, see if I give a sh1t. Everybody knows the truth though, you're a sad like stalker that has NEVER ONCE posted anything with out being a JERK.

Are you going to answer me?

Why did you insult me? You don't know me. I said nothing to you. I said nothing that had anything to do with you?

So? Why the insult? If you had an opinion on my post why didn't you just post something refuting it?

Why?

Heh, maybe he did once try to be a PI but flunked out, that would explain a few things. He's on slippery ground though, one of these days someone is going to call the cops on him, and all the prosecuting attorney is going to need to convince any jury, are his rantings on moobunny and here (and he's made plenty of enemies, who'd be only too glad to provide the links). I don't know is a good answer! It shows that you still have some cranial matter functioning!

Actually I paid The World of Merlancia $107.50? or thereabouts for the Amiga SDK with the promise of OS4.0 in June of 2001. The World of Merlancia blew me off and never delivered. Voice mail confirmation and acknowledgable voice mail message of course.

Amiga still or has proclaimed The World of Merlancia as a "dealer" even though they have had not delivered on my Amiga product.

UNDERSTAND THIS WELL CRETINS - AMIGA INC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FAILURE OF THE WORLD OF MERLANCIA FOR NOT DELIVERING MY PRODUCT. They are 2 seperate entities in this business transaction.

Even though they have acknowledged The World of Merlancia as one of their dealers. The World of Merlancia, LLC is registered to Rich Woods of Phoenix, AZ.

The Czerwinski's have NO ties to the new World of Merlancia, LLC.

So let the all-unknowing or (uneead) attempt to make a relationship on this undone transaction.

Is anyone going to understand that I am stating that Amiga, Inc has little liability for their dealers actions?

Oh what a tangeled web we weave....

It's perfectly normal practice, especially when it comes to the law, to verify the authenticity of everything used as evidence. Rich Woods has never given us anything else besides his word that his documents are for real. Add to that, he never made it a secret that some parts are not available to everyone and kept password protected on his website.

You're of course fully entitled to question my sources just as I'm entitled to question his. Sign up for a PACER account (free and available for all) at https://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/regform.html, then login with your username and password in the Western District of Washington's CM/ECF at https://ecf.wawd.uscourts.gov/. The case number is 2:03-cv-00003-RSL. There you will find everything I have on my website and there you have your verification wether they are modified or not.

Now tell me if you notice any differences in Rich Wood's and my way of handling people's request for verification of the documents authenticity.

Maybe I over-reacted to how Rich Woods treated me. The thing that was getting me upset was he wouldn't even explain to me why he said hurtful things for no reason at all.

Doesn't it matter to anyone that you can't even post a comment to somebody with out being attacked by Rich?

TRN, you should have realised by now that it is very easy to misinterpret things on the Internet; you didn't need to take umbrage, and you certainly didn't need to burn up this thread with your reaction.

My advice for what it it is worth : if you're irritated, write your reply, then sit on it; after cooling off, go back and review both the original perceived slight and your response. If everything still looks the same, then go ahead and post; otherwise, just have a laugh.

Oh, and : "Do as I say, not as I do".

>> My advice for what it it is worth :

It's good advice and you're completely correct.

The thing I don't understand is that you're not giving any advice to Rich. If you re-read through the begining of the thread I think what he wrote to me was indeed rude. Then later he replies again,

"Read the original message again, bright one. I didn't post deliver devices..."

"Bright one"? An insult? The post I made was clearly in response to Neko and had nothing to do with him. But he keeps insulting me and I wasn't even talking to him.

It's just irritating that I'm getting a bunch of blame and know one seems to care how he acted (aside from the fact that he started it).

Why is that?

No, I'm not sick that the truth is continuing to seep out. Although, I can see why you are. Each time Rich Woods posts more news about Amiga Inc (news that billyboy and "fleecy" would never tell you), people like you come here and divert the thread from the topic to attacks on Rich Woods. You say the same stuff every time a new thread appears with news about Amiga Inc's position. So that's what I'm sick off. Why don't you discuss the topic instead? That is - the end of the disgraceful Amiga Inc.

But anyway, all of this will soon be over - until then, you don't have to read threads that contain the truth about Amiga Inc, or use them to attack Rich Woods.

Are you accusing the Federal Court of conducting its business to coincide with announcements about OS4? But even if this fantasist theory was true, Amiga Inc has nowt to do with OS4.

First it was Ralph Schmidt's fault, then it was the blue trolls, then it was Genesi, now it's the US Federal Court. Who's going to be blamed next? The only higher authorities left are the Queen and God!

Coming from a total twat like you, that can only be a complement. Crawl back under your rock Gregg. You've never managed to provide anything worthwhile to any thread in your whole sorry existance.

You have my pity.

It's obvious what's gonna happen. Gensai Gensee whatever is going to get a judgement in their favor, then use that as leverage to quash OS4, or acquire it, cannibalize it, and toss the remains.

Wait for it - it's going to happen more or less just like that.

On the actual claim, Im not sure how they could get a judgement in their favour, on
pretrial motions it seems like theres more substance to those than the actual case.

Thank you for bringing the facts about to case for everyone to see. It sure has coused LOTS of arguing, but I think it's still better, that we DO know the truth...

Thanks - and that was my reason for doing this.

Better to have facts to deal with than silence and innuendo by unpaid Amiga people.

Can't argue with court documents.
