As of midnight March 14, 2004, SuperBundle Registrations for NON-Serialized Pegasos-I boards will end. If you own an UNSERIALIZED Pegasos-I board and have not applied for your SuperBundle, please do so ASAP. Again, this applies only to owners of a Pegasos-I that does not have a serial number and have not already applied, or recieved, their SuperBundle Registration Number. Pegasos-II owners and owners of serialized Pegasos-I boards will not be affected. After the above date, a Genesi spokesperson stated that the only way an owner of an unserialized Pegasos-I can recieve a SuperBundle is to take their machine to an authorized Genesi representative to be serialized.

For those who will inevitably register at the last minute, is that midnight GMT or EST?

And is this midnight as in 00:00:00 the 14th, one second after 23:59:59 the 13th,
or is it midnight as in 23:59:59 the 14th? :)

In reply to Comment 4 (Kolbjørn Barmen):
Midnight is 24:00 or 12:00 pm. So if you say that day on midnight it meansthe end of a day, not the beginning. A day does *not* start at midnight.

Maybe not in your world, but where I live, the clock never actually reaches 24:00:00

It goes directly from 23:59:59 to 00:00:00.

00:00:00 is logically the start of the new day. So try again...

But basically as comes Monday 15th March 2004, we stop paying attention to
superbundle requests for people with no Pegasos serial number.

If you leave it to the last minute, you are at the whims of whoever checks
the request mails, and what day it is when they check.

What's a "non-serialized" pegasos ?

I got mine through the "Phreeboard" offer: is it considered as serialized ?

Is the superbundle online registration working ? (a week or so ago it still wasn't)

Regards,
Leo.

In reply to Comment 8 (Leo):
Does it have a serial number on it? :)

Superbundle registration is a manual process. We have to approve every one
because some boards don't have serial numbers for us to check against.

By stopping the "no serial number" registrations, we can quite quickly
automate the process by matching your PegasosPPC.com account and Pegasos
serial number to a Superbundle key.
