I hope if amiga goes down they take the name and rights with them, or sell them to hyperion for $1

I don't know if the title is appropriate, but I would be infavor of Amiga Inc. selling the rights to AOS 4 (and any trademarks they have rights to) to Hyperion.

Amen to that. If the news is true, I have to say that I'm not surprised by the level of injustice of the american system, after all they pretty much declared Microsoft innocent and look at it now, I get MSN messenger running even when I don't want saying that it cannot be shut down because Internet Explorer needs it.

If they did that before they went down American law would permit the shareholders to reverse that.

Wont make any difference for 2 reasons:
1) See above
2) The rights to use them have been awarded by the court, any sale will not effect that.

Amiga inc. got themselves into this mess and had plenty of time to get themselves out, they didn't.
