The website has been updated with new information about CoyoteFlash and J Miner (EE). An optimized version of the website will be added soon for Amiga and mobile platform users.

CoyoteFlash has been updated (1.2) with several bug fixes over the last version. Get it here. In the meantime, many changes have been made to our photogrammetry package J Miner including the support for exporting 3D objects in common file formats such as LOW, C4D and DXF. J Miner now runs on a seperate screen in any resolution and supports several new 3D reconstruction features. Several screenshots have been added to the J Miner page, all created using the latest version of the program.

We made a slight mistake in our submission, we hope this can be edited. The news appears double and our website name is missing.

Very sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi,

I noticed this on the web site: "This program will not work with MorphOS!"
Did I miss something ? Didn't you want to work for MOS ?
I don't understand...

I wonder if Buck tried to pull his tactics with Coyote Flux that he's currently working with Amiga? Hopefully Buck will finally drop out of the picture and move on with his life away from computers in general.

Everybody now... Jig Jig Jig

Yeah, and where is that gread revolutionary 3D engine that you were supposed to release?

Regarding "This program will not work with MorphOS!" just shows are mature you are.

Eerm.. why bother even mention it? It's only _one_ app for crying out loud .. hardly turns the world upside down even if some MOS-detection code is bolted in and it will never work on MOS, right? :)

Cheer up!

I think it´s a childish behavior to actively neglect the fastest platform for that software. OS 4 is not out, the Peg2 outperforms the A1. The program is for WOS and MOS is compatible for that, so no additional work for MOS would be required.
Well, they may do so. it´s their product. But I think it´s childish like a whinig kid because the bag of sweets was not as big as promised and therefore it does not want any sweets anymore.

It's childish to use a ´ instead of an apostrophe character. It appears quite mature to me to boycott unwanted and parasitic platforms (well, I had rather included _both_ MorphOS and OS4 for that matter, but that may follow later when OS4 is out.)

The saddest part is: Coyote Flux has problems with Genesi/MOS developers and the ones who suffer, are users who have done nothing to deserve it :)

Yes actually I do share your view here. I find it quite stupid to NOT support certain architectures even if the code stays the same (mostly). It would probably take him only 1 minute to generate a working app for all Amiga API compatible architectures but now he spends 1 days to make it NOT work on certain systems.

And yes, the users at the end are the ones who will lose. But good to know that we have all the great developers working on the MorphOS architecture these days.

Maybe someone could patch JMiner to work on MorphOS. Since MorphOS supports natively Warp3D and WarpUp it should be fairly easy.

MorphOS belongs to the MorphOS team. The copyright of each part of it belongs to
the one that made it... not Genesi. The Pegasos is still a bPlan product.

No, that one is not childish, it´s just that English is not my native tongue and my keyboard layout is just like that (Amiga kbd German layout). The difference between ´ and ' might be of that importance like ä or ae (i. e. does not matter). But if it serves you better I'll switch to that, I am flexible and do not stuck to a certain POV.

And I thought, the MorphOS-Team is part of Genesi?

> The copyright of each part of it belongs to the one that made it... not Genesi.

Well, being a programmer myself, everything I'm writing for my employer belongs to him, not me.

> The Pegasos is still a bPlan product.

And I thought bPlan is part of Genesi (as is the MorphOS team)?
Well, if not I wouldn't understand why Genesi tells the court that AmigaDE has to be ported to the Pegasos.

Really, this is no flaming, I just try to understand that
you are telling:
- MorphOS does not belong to Genesi
- Pegasos does not belong to Genesi but bPlan

but things I'm reading from bbrv/Genesi tell me:
- MorhOS belongs to Genesi
- Pegasos is a product of Genesi (as there is no more any independent "bPlan GmbH")

So, which parts did I get right or wrong?

Ciao, Alfred

I think it's immature to whine about possible non-support from a
program that's not out yet.

Come on, when JMiner is released things might look a lot different and
Coyote Flux may have reconsidered their stance. Who knows. Until then,
I think it's really pointless to whine about this statement.
