A new version of MLDonkey has been released which you can download here. Please note that I packaged this release in the way how CISC and TOKAI were doing it to not confuse people. Although please do not blame them in case something blows up or not work as it used to be. The compile has been done by me and MLDonkey has been tested and confirmed to work for me.

Don't want to bitch, but why we need 2 maintainers ? :-)
Is it easier and more standart to track 2 different sources for new versions ?
Congrats on your compiles.

I must admit that I start getting doubts whether it was ok to make this release or not. I recall that CISC, TOKAI and UltraGelb made some of these compiles on their own in the past but didn't paid much attention to it. I made this because I had some other stuff to get out too so it was one 'wash' which I then have put online on my HP. I leave the upcoming version to those who did it previously.

I don't blame you for compiling it (would be sick ;-) but various versions floating around isn't a good thing imho. Keep it up.

You are indeed right. Various versions is just duplicating work and silly. Ripping off someone elses Maintainance (even if it's open source) is shit too because it leads into frustration and anger (which wasn't my intention).

We need better coordination for these things, that's why we really need something like KDE-Apps so we see what is there, who Maintains it and what remains for other developers to port or work on.

Hey, no worries, it's not like there's any specific MorphOS code to maintain anyway, it's just a plain ol' recompile, anyone can do it, no need to wait for me to do it... ;)

If you'll do compile it in future, maybe you should cooperate with Tokai and put your compiles of newer versions at the semi-official place of MLDonkey for MorphOS ?
