Not trying to be negative here. I'm just really wondering about this.

What are the benefits of it? Particularly since it apparently doesn't run on AmigaOS. Indeed not on anything except Windows.

Just a social thing or what?

It an social thing also it new and great fun. It going to take off in big way soon, this is next big thing since Netscape, ICQ, Napster, Kazaa. It going to be big thing for IT this year.

It also worth noting there are other projects like this which don't run on Amiga ie SETI@home. There lot of Amiga users today who don't use real Amiga's but UAE. But just because they use UAE dosn't mean there any less Amiga user.

PS. The service and web site is down at moment :(

Sure. I'm aware of Amiga teams in the SETI@Home project etc.

I just didn't get the point of this one. But hey, fair enough. I might even have checked it out if I had a PC :)

Sorry, but I've been looking all over the site (not much there anyway) to find Amiga ... no mention of it!
