Pegasos.org reports that Dr. Garry Hare made the announcement during AmiWest2004 that he now owns all of Amiga Inc.

I hope we'll be hearing from Bolton Peck and the others who are owed
money by AInc, to know whether KMOS actually pay them or not (both
payment and non-payment would be interesting news, imo).

Now KOMOS needs to buy the Gateway owned IP as well as search out and buy the IP of many others holding some part or another used in teh AmigaOS.....

AmigaInc is involved neither in the hard (AmigaOne) nor the soft (AOS4). So who gives a damn ?

It seems that one main reason of the buyout was to stop the rape of Amiga brand name. That's a good thing(tm). Unless the old scenario repeats itself after all. Amiga, sore ass.
