While I can't take any company seriously which has those two involved (they'd find ways to make trouble even on the janitorial staff), I'm intrigued by the negotiations that must have gone into the current arrangement. Garry Hare talks about "priorities" in respect to AI's debts; maybe the priority list looks something like this :

1) Pay off debt.
2) Pay off debt.
3) Pay off debt.
.
.
.
n) Pay MceEwen & Moss.

There'd be some poetic justice there.

There'd be some poetic justice there.

The nutty thing is that the top two debts are Bill and Fleecy's back pay. So KMOS's decision is (maybe) don't hire B&M and have to settle those debts in full, relatively soon, or make some hiring arrangement and string out the repayments to them. All my speculation, of course.
