After having a look on titan's website it seems that ther's only german and english version of papyrus Office... so could you explain that? (published near a year ago) http://www.morphzone.org/modules/news/article.php?storyid=239 It seems quite logical no french people answered to your call to translation...

What!!!?!??! Who cares about the frenchs!?!? They are only at 10th position of the most speaken languase in the the world, we the Portuguese speakers which are at 8th position, with between 191 and 210 millions fluent speakers, demand a Portuguese version of Papyrus!!! We deserve more then those... pfff frenchs! ;b

If you read the link you would have seen that titan said that they already have local files for french, german and english...

so they have the files and there is no french version??? !! ???

Seriously.. English and German are by far the two languages most used
by Amiga/MorphOS users. So it makes perfect sense to support these two
languages *first*, and to make an initial release that only supports
these. More languages can surely be added afterwards.

Amiga has locale system. If there is no French translation, you can always translate it yourself. it's not like in Windows land were you need separate executable for every damn language.

You're joking right? It's a boxed office package - and office packages has the highest chances to have users with little to no computer knowledge.
