"Achtung! Humour"

My oh my...
It's like "achtung! i'm telling you this really boring joke...please laugh will ya, otherwise my self esteem reaches an even lower level then the "satire" on a certain "amiga" "satire" site."

Anyway, these guys clearly don't know what satire is, and now they mix up "humour" with sarcasm.

What's next? "Achtung!, this story is true!" and end up with telling the story of snowwhite and the seven dwarfs.

Now after reading some of your (212.206.177.237) other comments from the last couple of days I have to say that you sound quite bitter and are not shy to give ppl kind advice of what they could do with their lifes included but not limited to to actually get one in the first place.

To answer with our own words: "If you are allergic to laughter, then just don't make people laugh by comments like that. ;-)".

Remember: we only do the website for ppl like you, who lost their smile-capabilities by reading too much ann.lu.

LOL!! Then you must have come across my advice to the IP trace kiddies:

Get a life ! Get a bl*wjob !

Now you sound rather bitter to me that your numereous attempts to make fun of the Amiga and it's "celebreties" isn't well received given your recent flood of "funny" articles.

Actually I think that you are quite proud of your comedian "skills", that you develop this fanatic ip trace desire and want to know who dares to question your skills.

How's your inferiority complex today kiddy.

Oh and before you start laughing: This was sarcasm. I know you mix it up with "humour" lately.

And in case you are offended, then simple think that this was an attempt to "satire".

Satire is never funny for the people it's aimed at, just like getting hit by a ball or falling downstairs. The crucial factor in satire is like slapstick: while you might not laugh at someone innocently falling downstairs, you might laugh at some drunken idiot who think's he's an olympic athlete and falls downstairs - because there's a "deserves" component. We laugh because somebody with no clue tries to be something they're not. It's funny for everyone but the drunk, that is.

So it's the same when all the fanatics and fanboys on any side (we don't care, anyone is fair game) get the piss ripped out of their dumb antics and comments. They might not find it funny, but everyone else does, especially people are annoyed by them, and even more especially when it's near the mark. Whine all you like. :) Do you really think the world at large thinks any more of them than we do? Unlikely.

Well, I'd say the crucial factor is wit. I mean anybody can take the piss out of somebody else, but it takes intelligence and humour to make it funny. Sadly you seem to be lacking in both of those departments.

Now put your toys back in your pram, have a nice nap, and come back when you have something that equates less to nursery school bullying and more to satire.

Did you ever think that maybe, just maybe, it's not to do with a common interest in prams, but actually to do with the impression your comments give to people? Truly, it's an issue you must address rather than blame on a conspiracy theory.

And BTW the humour thing was fun at the beginning as it was novel but now it seems stretched and uneasy. It really is starting to grind. Why not quit while you are ahead.Sometimes friends are only being polite when they laugh at your jokes. It not always genuine amusement so don't flatter yourself. You seem to be able to string together coherent sentences yet you waste this talent on a futile cause. > No its true Kenny. You do come across as an obsessed individual.

Oh please, don't exaggerate. Obsession is a serious mental condition, like having to have your car keys in one place all the time or end up in shrieking catatonia. Obsessed is not striking out at things you know are unfair, with satire no less, not DoS attacks or anonymous insults. If it was, the whole justice system would be obsessed with criminality, as an allagory.

> You were a blind fanatic when you were on the red side (don't ask for
> references they will haunt you forever) and now you are doing the same
> but for the blue brigade.

Uh, more exaggeration. I hardly think I was ever a blind fanatic. Old comments from me are still available on older AO news threads, and nowhere will you find me saying anything that can be remotely considered "blind fanaticism". Even in my 'red' days I was still getting angry PMs about comments I made about the AmigaONE or Amiga Inc. I'm too much of a cynic for that kind of blinkered fanboy crap, or I would be happy signing <200 name petitions to get huge commercial titles ported to my OS of choice, or posting anonymous insults, defending the faith, or whatever.

I'm bit aggressive pointing out my views, certainly, but not in the same league as some who seem to have gone mad in this quest to purge everything they see and read of any opinion differing from their own. That's quite sick, approaching the obsession you're accusing me of. Not only am I disconcerted by this behaviour, I've been directly insulted by it. I'm not willing to just "let it go" for the sake of keeping a fake civility, so it can all go on in "shielded" sites and IRC channels. It just stinks of hypocrisy. No thanks.

> Sometimes friends are only being polite when they laugh at your jokes.
> It not always genuine amusement so don't flatter yourself.

Heh, the old "you're only doing it to look cool" argument. Well, you're wrong, because the idea of writing anonymously automatically ecludes that, don't you think? And you're wrongly assuming I do all the writing, which I certainly don't. I mostly edit and anglify. WrongPlanet represents a lot of people, of whom I'm only one. For my part I'm not interested in who laughs, I'm not out to have adulation lavished on me, or my name would be all over the thing. Satire is for what satire was always for - to prove a point. One way or another.

> Alternatively leave the scene for a few months and come back as an
> outsider to see how pathetic this two toned trolling really is.

Well, the only thing more pathetic than a 'troll' (a badly overused epithet) is someone from 'outside' who is willing to pass judgement on anyone or everything without knowing a damn thing about what is going on. There are far too many people like that. Ahem. In most cases, they're the real trolls.
