Targhan writes: As of Febuary 14, 2000, there will be a new Amiga Disk zine covering the North American market, The UGN-Times. This disk-mag will be available at Amiga mail-order companies, and the cost is 100% the individual dealers' pd-copy price. In essence, this is a free publication. Two weeks after the magazine's release, it will be available as a free download from it's archive. This month includes tutorials, reviews, news, and creative writing. A regular feature is the off-line Web-Directory, an AmigaGuide based link-list using OpenUrl adding the power of the web to AmigaGuide. In fact, The UGN-Times uses OpenUrl so much we had to include it on the disk! We have an exclusive interview with REBOL this month, and a mini-interview with Fleecy Moss. We are also looking for more writers (we don't have anything to offerother than MANA :) - as this is a labor of love). Well, I think we could scam some writer's discounts! :-)
