Dear Amiga Developer,

If you are receiving this e-mail, it is because you completed COSA's Open Source Survey/Petition at survey.amigakernel.org, and pledged your support for an open-source future of AmigaOS.

What's more, you indicated that should AmigaOS be released as open source, you would like to work as part of a development team that would be in charge of the open-source AmigaOS development project.

Well, the new owners of the Amiga, Amino, have let it be known that should it be legally possible, the Amiga OS will indeed be released as open-source software sometime in the future, so we need to start cracking!

We are therefore contacting all software developers who pledged their support for Open Amiga, and asking you to fulfill your pledge.

Please respond to this e-mail by clicking Reply, then Send, and you will be added to the Open Amiga Developers Group. From there, we will explain the current status of our talks with Amiga, the relationship between COSA/Open Amiga and AROS, and discuss the future of AmigaOS as Open Source Software.

We need everyone's help. Please respond, and join us in planning and creating the future of the Amiga operating system.
