The regulars who post at the Moo Bunny seem to have precipitated a much-needed clarification from Bill McEwen of Amiga Inc.
Among other items of concern, a modification of the royalties policy is to be enacted. Evidently the gross-income-based royalty fees (US$3.00 per package or 10% - whichever is greater) which were to be collected quarterly, are now to be applied to a voluntary certification program which Amiga Inc will administer.
Congrats to Moo Bunny for sticking to convictions, and to Bill McEwen for listening!
