Finnish Amiga Users Group will host its annual meeting on Saturday September 28th 2002 in Oulu, Finland. In addition to an official general meeting agenda, the users group has used this opportunity to invite prominent parties from the extended Amiga community to showcase their progress.

Finnish Amiga Users Group's Meeting Will Showcase Amiga Community Progress
OULU, FINLAND - September 13th, 2002 - Finnish Amiga Users Group will host
its annual meeting on Saturday September 28th 2002 in Oulu, Finland. In
addition to an official general meeting agenda, the users group has used
this opportunity to invite prominent parties from the extended Amiga
community to showcase their progress.
Thendic Frace has announced that they will demonstrate the Pegasos computer
running a version of MorphOS at the meeting. Several people from the
Pegasos and MorphOS development communities are scheduled to join the event
to show and discuss their progress. This includes people from Finland and

Finnish Amiga retailer Gentle Eye Ky will be present at the event. Gentle
Eye Ky has agreed to demonstrate Eyetech's AmigaOne motherboard there.
They will also have a wide range of Amiga products for sale. The users
group has arranged a registration service with VaporWare, so that visitors
can register VaporWare's popular shareware products at the meeting.
In addition to these highlights, invitations have been sent out to other
major parties in the Amiga market and the users group is interested in
expanding the event even further. If Amiga related people or companies are

The official general meeting will start at 14:00 on September 28th at
Pakkahuoneenkatu 30 in Oulu, Finland. Demonstrations and other activities
will commence after the official agenda, from 16:00 to 20:00. Admittance
is free of charge and refreshments will be available. Please visit the
