Lets take this with a grain of salt until its confirmed, but theres a story on www.amiga-news.de which says they're closing in February.

Raquel Velasco and Bill Buck announced today that Thendic-France would be closed in February. Due to the difficulties associated with the bankruptcy of Pretory SA, Thendic-France will be closed. The original intention was to convey Thendic-France and/or it assets directly to Genesi to allow for an uninterrupted transition of services and coordination. This did not happen and will no longer be possible.

Thendic-France will continue to operate until the closing and will do whatever possible to properly conclude the operation.
