Guido Mersmann released the new arakAttack that support USB 2.0 for Poseidon USB stack.
ArakAttack is an USB driver for the Poseidon USB Stack in combination with any common USB controller hardware.
ArakAttack V0.97 is available here
Feature List:
Amithlon optimised version.
OpenPCI compatible version.
UHCI controller support. (incl. on board)
OHCI controller support. (incl. on board)
EHCI controller support. (incl. on board)
Unlimited number of usb controllers supported at the same time.
Unlimited number of parallel usb transfers garantees maximum performance.
Only one device with multiple units makes installation very easy.
Intelligent transfer descriptor caching mechanism.
Full mem handler support. (Frees resources and caches if the system signals low system memory)
No HUB depth limits.
Separate time out handling for each USB request garantees the driver never freezes the usb stack or the system.
External interrupt fallback for systems with interrupt latency trouble.
USB 2.0 (EHCI) is available, so please try it with your USB2.0 controller. USB2.0 Masstorage devices and HUBs should work.
Other hardware may need some of the features still missing in the current version.
Please note that USB1.x devices aren't currently working when plugged into an USB 2.0 HUB which is connected to an USB2.0 controller.
These combination needs additional transfer protocols.
If you still want to use USB1.1 devices, then plug them direct into the controller.
