Bernie Meyer has now made available some new drivers for Amithlon. These include new sound and network drivers that make use of Linux kernel drivers and therefore give full access to a large number of cards and chipsets.

Released on Jabberwocky site the new version (Jabberwocky030828.lha) of this good program, an Amiga Jabber client (and I wish to remember, for the benefit of you all, that Jabber is an universal messaging system, which supports ICQ, IRC, MSN, AIM, etc.).

According to news from Amigart, the Friedens stated on amigaworld.net that (by now) only the lacks of graphics.library [..] prevents OS4.0 from booting by itself. [ Edited to remove ambiguous wording. - CK ]

The 3.0 version of the soccer game Eat The Whistle has been rereleased as GPL.
The game has been almost fully rewritten to be portable and will be available in the next days for Win32, MacOSX, Linux x86, AmigaOS 68k and MorphOS, you can find it here.
