From VGR website:
Mr. Hardware (A computer dealer in Rocky Point, NY, USA) will introduce 2 new "PC on a cards" for the Amiga market at the Amiga show in St. Louis this weekend. I had a chance earlier in the week to do a quick IRC interview with the guys at Mr. Hardware and talk about the PC on a card they will be showing there. You can read the interview here. Also on the page is hardware specs and pictures of the cards.

From Individual Computers website: Just as last year, individual Computers will be present at this year's Gateway Amiga show in St. Louis. In addition to the known products, the prototype of the brand new VarIO Zorro-board will be presented. It replaces the totally sold-out Hypercom Zorro boards with some revolutionary new features. A new software system by Thore Böckelmann that replaces HyperIO and the silversurfer.device, gives new functions also for users who already own a Silversurfer or a Goldsurfer.
In cooperation with Cloanto Software, the vendor of the "Amiga Forever" emulator, we'll show the Catweasel ISA controller that lets you read your Amiga disks with a PC.
Further, there will be a class about Zorro-2 hardwaredesign on friday, march 30th. It is meant for beginners and advanced hardware designers.

[Motd] Server Move on Monday | ANN.lu |
Posted on 25-Mar-2001 20:03 GMT by Christian Kemp | 0 comments |
Dreamhost will move ANN and my other sites to a new server sometime on Monday. I'm not yet sure whether there will be any outages, or if some of my scripts will need to be updated to reflect the new environment, but I will try to adopt to the new conditions as fast as possible. In case everything fails I'm currently doing a full backup of all 35 MB of data, but I'm confident that the move will be smooth, and that I'll soon be able to offer an even better and faster service. Update: As of Tuesday, 12:40 CET, ANN wasn't moved yet, and I don't know when it will finally happen. Tomorrow, my phone line will be cut off for maintenance, so according to Murphy's Law, I bet that's when it's going to happen. :)

[News] Fleecy: AmigaOne supported gfx cards | ANN.lu |

AmiRaoul wrote: Mr. Fleecy Moss, Vice President of Product Development for Amiga Inc. posted on the amigaone ML over the subject of what graphic cards AmigaOne will support: "It is the next generation card that Matrox develop. However, all that means is that for Amiga products, that is the only card we will support WHEN it comes out, and we cannot at this time reveal that information. The G450 will be supported, and I believe Eyetech have arranged for the V3 to also be supported."
