[Motd] ANN v2 pre-release 6 | ANN.lu |
Posted on 07-Feb-2000 20:05 GMT by Christian Kemp | 4 comments View flat View list |
Changes in pre-release 6 include a fixed comments script ("list view" is now possible again); a clickable logo that will take you back to the main page; new display options (Display the ten last entries in a chosen category without using the checkmarks and hitting Submit); a "tell your friends" possibility at the bottom of the main (which almost nobody seems to use); and a small fix to the files category. The notify script hasn't been rewritten for the new v2 file format yet, but I might still do that later tonight.

There are now rumors that the name change will only be short-lived, one evidence perhaps being the fact that their site still includes amigaOS logos and that amigaplus.de forwards to amigaos.de, and not the other way around.

A huge montage of the artwork from about 900 Amiga game boxes. [..] The image is about 2000x18000 pixels in size [..] The picture is a perfect visual history of Amiga gaming
and displays titles from 1986-1996. Beware, this is a 11 MB file, there's also a smaller (1000x9000) version available here (3.4 MB).
