I'm pissed. I don't know how else to say it. I willingly participated in the "I Am Amiga" club for the sole purpose of helping Amiga to further AmigaOS, and now I find out that they didn't even OWN AmigaOS when I sent them my money! What right did they have in taking my money under this false pretense? I will never trust anyone in this community again with my money, everyone has turned out to be nothing but liars.

The website has been updated with new information about CoyoteFlash and J Miner (EE). An optimized version of the website will be added soon for Amiga and mobile platform users.
CoyoteFlash has been updated (1.2) with several bug fixes over the last version. Get it here.

With these resources, the defendant Amiga Inc. has managed to come up with a response to plaintiff's motion to modify order granting specific performance, no less than six declarations, and a certificate of service.

Ravensdale, WA - 3:00 pm Pacific Time, March 15, 2004 - Amiga, Inc. announced today that it has sold the Amiga Operating System to KMOS, Inc, allowing Amiga, Inc to focus on the growing mobile market.
On April 23, 2003 Amiga entered into an Agreement with Itec LLC, later acquired by KMOS, Inc. for the transfer and sale of all of Amiga's right, title, source code, and all versions, from the "Classic Amiga Operating System" through AmigaOS 4.0 and all subsequent versions to KMOS, Inc.

Amiga has filed an Appeal to their recently failed court case.
Amongst the respondents for Amiga inc are Garry Hare and Francis Charig.
