RIIHIMÄKI, FINLAND - November 12th, 2003 - Finnish Amiga Users Group's annual meeting was held in Riihimäki, Finland on September 27th 2003. The user group presented AmigaOS4 beta and Pegasos running MorphOS to the public. The photo report of the meeting is now online, and it can be downloaded directly from Aminet.

I don't think anyone announced the most recent issue of Beyond magazine. Beyond is a BeOS-focused mag that also covers MorphOS, AmigaOS, MacOS, BSD, OSX, other alternative platforms, and retro too. It's very professional.

Exactly 2 years ago, we put the first version of A.D.A. online, starting with 123 productions and about 900 screenshots. I hope you had as much fun visiting the site as it was for us maintaining it. Keep the votes and comments coming, because in the end, this is what makes it interesting and this is what will make it a true archive. Genesi has begun discussions with REBOL to integrate portions of REBOL into a free developer package for the MorphOS Developer Connection - or maybe even a full REBOL package for a "Pegasos SDK" covering all supported operating systems on Genesi's hardware. At MorphOS-News.de Genesi invites everyone to a brainstorming about interest in and advantages of REBOL's integration into MorphOS.

Genesi announced that OpenBSD for the Pegasos PowerPC motherboard has now been integrated into the official OpenBSD source tree - which can be found at http://www.openbsd.org. This support, implemented by Dale Rahn, is based on the original Pegasos motherboard with support expected shortly for the currently available Pegasos II motherboard. IBM has awarded OpenBSD for the Pegasos the Ready for IBM Technology logo. OpenBSD, currently at release 3.4, is the worlds premiere Unix-style operating system for installations relying on strong security.
