Could it be possible to add a Morphos-section so that I can just tick it off and don't have to read about it?

- developers fight developers (Amithl*n)
- users fight users (MOS/OS4)
- users fight developers (flames, depression)
- developers fight users (want revenge)
- dealers fight developers

Why has community become so sick? Comments would be interesting and are welcome. Any please try to drop your anti-x/anti-y attitudes for a few minutes. Thanks.

What is the current overview. I am not sure I have all the information, but what is now clear is that all the current amiga projects have hit the rocks, and there is little sign of a long term improvement.

Over at amiga.org, the signature "takemehomegrandma" has published a somewhat satirical post - for your enjoyment, here goes:

I want to apologize that the AmigaOne has still not been released (A1 mobos+OS4). I also want to apologize to our competing companies that we have accused for crimes in public without being able to back those accusations up with either proof or legal action. I also want to apologize for not keeping our promises to you developers who bought our expensive SDK's. I also want to apologize to the users who bought our coupons, ehrm, JOINED OUR CLUB, but has not been given anything of the promised. I also want to apologize for the confusion when our offices suddenly were empty and our phones went dead (but that was a result of hackers, remember). Amiga Inc is truly a global 24 hours a day company and the future looks brighter than ever for our beloved AMIGA. We are pleased to announce a Games Pocket Pack to our friends Micro$ofts Pocket PC. This truly shows what a great commitment our 3000 content developers has to our beloved AMIGA. Wonderful things are about to happen as allways. Thank you, as allways, for your support. Keep the AMIGA spirit, and remember to follow our trademark wherever we go. We are AMIGA. You are AMIGA (if you pay us 50 bucks). We will be back with more exciting announcements during the next weeks. See you then! /Yours McBill
Well, there you go. Merry christmas!

Thus far I haven't receive neither the discount coupon nor the t-shirt... It is just me or others in the Amiga community are having this similar problem??? I e-mailed Amiga, but no response thus far...

The show is over, but the work continues, which proves the success of the event. The fare team of individual Computers says thank you to all visitors and exhibitors who made the last weekend so successful.
Many pictures have already been published on the Amiga news sites, a complete coverage of the fare will be published in the next issue of the German Amiga-Magazin.
Our Congratulations go to bplan GmbH and Chris Hodges, who recieved the Amiga Award 2002 for their Pegasos mainboard, and the Poseidon USB stack, respectively.
We're looking forward to seeing everyone again at the next event of this kind!

I'd wanted to introduce these with a little more commentary, but given the sheer quantity of "April good?" "April bad?" / "AmigaOne good?" "AmigaOne bad?" posts, these might be welcome distractions, and suitable for parties on either side of the fence.

Thus, here are links to mbac's "Peon's Guide To Secure System Development", and Ka-Ping Yee's "User Interaction Design for Secure Systems," both interesting reads- and both recently Slashdotted, if they look familiar.

I've seen what the Amiga is and what it could be! Apparently the Amiga market is dead! (OK I will get flames for this but that's how I see it!)

My conclusion of current situation published for open discussion here in Ann.lu. Extracted (+ couple typos fixed) from my public letter to one of companies now involved into this. (Type: Rant, but not flaming)
