I'm pissed. I don't know how else to say it. I willingly participated in the "I Am Amiga" club for the sole purpose of helping Amiga to further AmigaOS, and now I find out that they didn't even OWN AmigaOS when I sent them my money! What right did they have in taking my money under this false pretense? I will never trust anyone in this community again with my money, everyone has turned out to be nothing but liars.

I've been had. : Comment 45 of 86 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Graham_nli on 17-Mar-2004 16:02 GMT | In reply to Comment 42 (Matt Parsons): I do appreciate the work of the AROS team. I've used it a few times, even way back when it was a lot younger. Fabio is quite anti-AmigaOS though, or at least the posts of his that I have seen tend to be.
Being anti-Amiga Inc ... fine, they've been totally useless for the entirity of their existence, despite being interested in the AmigaOne and AmigaOS4 (and disappointed that it took longer, but I understand why). An awkward stance to take because the 'Red Side' think you are anti-Amiga, and the 'Blue Side' think you are a 'red' still.
I'm just tired today I suppose, so anyone is game for a cheap shot if they've offended me in the past somehow with their attitude or stupidity. |
