I'm pissed. I don't know how else to say it. I willingly participated in the "I Am Amiga" club for the sole purpose of helping Amiga to further AmigaOS, and now I find out that they didn't even OWN AmigaOS when I sent them my money! What right did they have in taking my money under this false pretense? I will never trust anyone in this community again with my money, everyone has turned out to be nothing but liars.

True, but you don't think that a Workbench clone would make up the majority of the code in AROS, do you? It's an almost trivial job, and probably that's why no one has taken upon it seriously until now, since there were more important tasks to get done.
You might see nice improvements in the next few weeks, though, and it won't just be a WB clone. |
