3ivx Delta 3 has been released, including both the encoder and the decoder this time. 3ivx Delta 3 features the same impressive compression as the Delta 2 release, with 600% the playback speed.

There are a lot of video codec around the MPEG 4 specs. I think 3ivx will be a good choice: it is open for every platform. |
