From VGR website: Mr. Hardware (A computer dealer in Rocky Point, NY, USA) will introduce 2 new "PC on a cards" for the Amiga market at the Amiga show in St. Louis this weekend. I had a chance earlier in the week to do a quick IRC interview with the guys at Mr. Hardware and talk about the PC on a card they will be showing there. You can read the interview here. Also on the page is hardware specs and pictures of the cards.

Renaissance/AT and Renaissance/S370
www.powerleap.com is supposed to be a distributor in the U.S., but I don't see one on their product page. When PCWorld did a review of the cards they said they ran from $199 on up.
Anyway, if you want the PCI form factor, looks like they're available now.
