First of all its a 16bit layered chip. This chip is based on the archtiecture of bus design thereby limiting it to a 16bit bus layer. This design is out of date by 40 years and woefully need of updating . This is pci and agp. Wait there is hope. The classic Amiga is the major improvment needed. I agree the rendering properties need to be fixed but that is it . Merlancia is adressing that . Where can you have true real-time and true real-time multitasking ?
AMIGA is where and only there.
