I want to add here, that because the Linux version of Quake 3, II and I was released, I have bought all three games to run specifically on Linux. I have more games on my list too.
The point is that Linux is just becoming a viable gaming platform, with the release of commercial ATI and NVidia drivers. The GUI of Linux is also becoming REALLY easy to use - gigant steps has been made since 2 years ago. Loki failed because they were at the right place at the wrong time.
