As reported at amiga.org:
http://www.murphyauctions.net/amiga.html
Seems to be a list of useful but dated PCs, printers and furniture with a few PDAs thrown in.
I guess they will be most upset by the loss of the foosball table.

Amiga Inc auction items : Comment 35 of 70 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Don Cox on 04-Jun-2003 12:48 GMT | In reply to Comment 33 (MarkTime): "Anyway, I do disagree on one subjective point, this is not the office furniture
of a lean and mean operating machine. This is dot-com excess. If they had
30 people sitting in front of PC's, dagnabit they should have produced something.
They always said they did small contracts with key people worldwide...that plan made sense to me....now it appears they were spending money like a drunken sailor on shore leave :-) <--playing *subtle* word games of my own."
Absolutely right. This is the crazy optimism of the dot com era. "We borrowed loadsa money from a VC, and when that is all spent we can easily borrow some more, and when that is all spent we will have an IPO."
However, I think the people concerned may have learned a few things in the past couple of years. |
