This is lawsuit #9 that we know about, and there are several collection agencies that havent taken it to court yet, 7 ex-employees who are owed money and havent filed court cases, and a dozen "current" employees that havent been paid at all in 17 months now, and only sporadically before that. Lets be honest Matt Fontenot, left Amiga Inc in June of 2001 (thats not a misprint, thats over 2 years ago), after they owed him 2 months back salary. Lawsuits date back to 2001 for non payment of bills, etc, why is it Thendics fault that Amiga Inc is in financial trouble when its just the latest in a long list of lawsuits filed against a very poorly ran Amiga Inc.

I am totally amazed at the total lack of business ability by billyboy and the rest of the flunkies.

With the salaries and equipment being bought and at the intial funding of Amiga I am quite sure they had a 7 figure bank account.

Considering that their D&B rating had them at a $7,500 credit limit (Platinum cards are at $10-15,000 - it's not that hard to get one - I mean a BANK ISSUED VISA or MC Platinum card - not the crap that is sent in spam e-mail) it shows the lack of financial acumen we are dealing with. I also will admit among billyboy's personal things there was a Gateway Master Card credit application!
(Should I scan it and make it available?)

Looking over an American Express Gold Business card info sheet - with the OPEN (Small Business Network from AMEX) at Working Capital Accounts - there is the Business Capital Line with an unsecured line of credit of up to $100,000.

There is also a Business Capital Loan from $10,000 to $100,000 with a repayment schedule of 24 or 26 months.

And Equipment Financing to finance all types of business equipment from computers to food service equipment and more.

With a 7 figure bank account it should be relatively easy to obtain an AMEX Gold Card (Business and/or Corporate Account) - of course this would be one in the now long list of creditors - but it shows you the total lack of basic business accumen by billyboy and the rest of the roving bands of thieves at Amiga, Inc.

See criminal charges via the State of WA in the court documents. They HAVE committed criminal acts.
