We've released a new, small graphical CPU meter for your pleasure and adulation. It's available for download at our website.
Meltium is a small graphical CPU-usage meter which displays a user selectable picture and applies some colourisation using a user selectable alpha map and colour table to it. Additionally the CPU-usage is also displayed in the screentitle when Meltium's window is the active one. Meltium requires MorphOS 1.4 for perfect operation.

Melting your CPU for free [MOS] : Comment 25 of 45 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Johan Rönnblom on 06-Sep-2004 10:19 GMT | Actually I think some conventions would be nice. For example
MOS: blabla
(announcement about mos-only software)
OS4: blabla
(announcement about os4-only software)
blabla
(announcment about any software that runs on AmigaOS3.1, and/or has
multiple versions for different amiga-like systems, although not
necessarily all)
The rationale here is that Amithlon-only, AROS-only or UAE-only
software is rare, and I guess it will be like that for some time to
come. Of course AROS people would be free to write AROS: in front of
their releases, though. But I don't see the point in bloating every
general newsitem title with things like
"MOS/OS4/AROS/OS3.1/Amithlon/UAE/WarpOS/PowerUP". |
