Fix of some bugs found in 0.6 release.
Fixes:

- List/Thumbnails mark in the menu
- Loading of files too big to fit into memory (was crashing)
- More tolerant to corrupted jpeg files.
- Workaround for MorphOS 1.4 bug (in fullscreen mode drive popup was causing screen switch). Ugly but should work.

Secondly - Whenever I start the program it starts in FullScreen mode, no matter if I last left it NOT in FS mode. There's also no screenmode requestor to have it display on its own screen.<B/>

You must edit the icon tooltype to toggle fullscreen or not, to get the program
to open on its own screen you use 'Settings/Mui' and define what screen you
want Showgirls to use.
