Why do I hang out on Amiga sites? Well I would like to say it is so I can tick people like you off, but that is not it unfortunatly, I come here because I have been into amiga for about the past 4/5 years, and am eager to see what is next. As for games being ported from a Winbox? Well sorry dude, it ain't my fault Amiga was charging too much for there hardware at the time when Microshaft develped Win 3.x for the cheaper type computers, and it ain't my fault that all Amiga games, they kool by the fact that they are retro, do not capture the mass majority's attention. I mean ya Super Nintendo and all that is still kool, but if I want to play stuff like that, I just fire up Snes9x, GLmame, or what not you know? It is king of like Blitter Soft's new Bubble Buster, while it is definatly a kool game, I would rather just fire up NeoRageX and play Puzzle Bobble, and save some doe.
On the other hand my friend, if Retro were the in thing, then I am sure Winblows users would be looking forward to the next port of Zak McKracken, or Spin Dizzy worlds or something ya know? Besides as you can tell I never really use my 1200 for games, it ain't like I can run Quake, and liten to my MP3 list or at the same time or anything. So no my old Amiga is used for everything but that, encoding MP3's or anything of the like!! Why??? Because of the same reason Amiga died in the early 90's...
...expence!! Key word Expence, does that sink into your phat skull there buddy!?!? Grr
He he, sorry those male ego testosterones were kicking in again there.
Well I better go work on my car and beat my wife, talk to ya later! |
