Maybe I have thick skin? I use my Amiga everyday. It feels friendly and personal way more than the Sun Ultra-1 I get paid to work with, or the Windows NT I get paid to work with, or my wife's iMac that we (she) receives all our email with. I cannot yet love AmigaDE because it is not here. I can only think of the sweet bye-n-bye when OS4 is done and I have an AmigaOne running so that I am no longer lured by those other platforms and are SOOOOOO speedy in image manipulaton. I prefer to be non-critical and silent about the goings on of Amiga, Inc. You are very right in your observation that many of us are grown children watching our mother marry someone who is less than a hero. Bill McEwen has not yet earned our worship.
