Well Garry Hare has had his chance and blew it. The Amiga community deserves better than another fake company, who can not even managed to deliver some cheap T-shirts as promised.

Years to deliver T-shirts? but people still have faith in them.

KMOS also haven't been paying their debts, which is imo far worse than
not making the t-shirts.

I mean - if they didn't have the money, they shouldn't have bought
AInc in the first place. That's like if I'd go and buy myself a new
expensive car, fully knowing that I can't pay for it. Except it's
worse - the car dealer surely has insurance for such situations.

I'm not really sure KMOS bought AInc at all. I'm also not sure I
believe the claims that they bought some AInc property. I really don't
know what to believe, or who is really the owner of the Amiga
trademarks etc. Clearly, some people involved in this are less than
honest.
